All content on kiloagency.org (the "Site") is owned by KILO LLC ("KILO") or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This notice explains what we own and how you may and may not use it.

Site Content

The design, text, graphics, logos, images, and layout of the Site are the property of KILO or used with permission. Except as described below, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

Client Work Product

When we design and build a website for a client, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client once the project is paid in full, with two exceptions: third-party materials remain subject to their own licenses, and KILO's underlying tools, templates, code frameworks, and know-how remain our property and may be reused on other projects. Portfolio and case-study examples of the work we produce remain ours to display unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Trademarks

"KILO" and the KILO logo are trademarks of KILO LLC. You may not use them without our prior written permission. Other names and logos on the Site are the property of their respective owners.

Third-Party Materials

Some images, fonts, and other assets on the Site are licensed from third parties and remain the property of those owners. They may not be extracted or reused separately from the Site.

Permitted Use

You may view the Site and share links to it for lawful, personal, or internal business purposes. Any other use, including commercial reproduction, requires our written permission.

Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, please contact us with a description of the work you say is infringed, the location of the material on our Site, your contact details, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
