Terms

These terms apply to any service engagement between KILO Agency and a client. A signed proposal or written acceptance constitutes agreement to these terms.

Engagement

Each engagement is governed by a written scope detailing deliverables, timelines, and pricing. Pricing is in South African Rand unless stated otherwise.

Guarantees

Our guarantee is a money-back guarantee on the website build. If the finished website does not meet your expectations within 30 days of going live, you receive a full refund of what you paid for the build, no questions asked. On a refund the website remains KILO's property and is not transferred; you keep your own Google Business Profile and reviews. We do not guarantee a Google ranking, a Page 1 position, or any number of leads, calls or sales. The full terms are stated in the Letter of Agreement.

Intellectual property

On full payment, the client owns the deliverables produced under the scope. KILO retains the right to reference completed work in case studies and portfolios.

Liability

Liability is capped at fees paid by the client for the engagement giving rise to the claim. KILO is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Gauteng.
