Terms

These terms apply to any service engagement between KILO Agency and a client. A signed proposal or written acceptance constitutes agreement to these terms.

Engagement

Each engagement is governed by a written scope detailing deliverables, timelines, and pricing. Pricing is in South African Rand unless stated otherwise.

Guarantees

Where we offer specific performance guarantees (such as 90-day Page 1 commitments), the conditions and proof-of-result methodology are stated in the proposal and apply only when full implementation access is granted on time.

Intellectual property

On full payment, the client owns the deliverables produced under the scope. KILO retains the right to reference completed work in case studies and portfolios.

Liability

Liability is capped at fees paid by the client for the engagement giving rise to the claim. KILO is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Gauteng.
